Party Options

At Weston Indoor Sports we offer you a range of party options including:

1. Self-Managed sports party
2. Sport party
3. Nerf Wars and sports party
4. ‘It’s Nerf or Nothing’ party

Sports available

• soccer
• dodgeball
• netball
• cricket (cannot be combined with another sport for Nerf/Sports parties)

Both Nerf Wars and sport are fun safe and supervised.  We provide all of the equipment needed.

BOOKINGS

Friday Nights

• From 17 September sports parties (no Nerf Wars) are available at 5:00pm/5:30pm/6:00pm

Saturdays

• Nerf Wars and sports parties and sports only parties can be booked to start at s 5:00pm/5:30pm. and 7:00pm/7:30pm.  Please call if you want to discuss a different time. 
• Nothing but Nerf Wars parties can be booked at 5:00pm and 7:00pm.  Please call if you want to discuss a different time.
• From 18 December 2021 to 29 January 2022 – Saturday party bookings are available at 10:00am/10:30am, 12:30pm/1:00pm, 3:00pm/3:30pm , 5:00pm/5:30pm and 7:30pm.

Sunday

• Nerf Wars and sports parties and sports only parties can be booked to start at 10:00am/10:30am, 12:30pm/1:00pm and 3:00pm/3:30pm
• Nothing but Nerf Wars parties can be booked at 10:45am and 3:15pm

Weekdays

• Daytime bookings are available for parties, schools, holiday programs and corporate groups.  Please call if this involves Nerf.

BIRTHDAY PARTY PACKAGES 
Weston Indoor Sports has everything you need to host a great party. All equipment, courts, tables, and amenities are here.  You just need to bring your own food and drink.

 1 – Self Managed Sports Party

 $230 for up to 14 people ($10 per extra person up to 19 in total)

      This 1-hour 50-minute package includes;

• 90 minutes of a court for sports games
• 1 hour 50 minutes in your dedicated party area for food, cake and drink
• Up to 2 different sports
• All equipment for the sports
• Sports parties with more people require the use of 2 courts.

2 – SPORTS PARTY

$290 for up to 14 people ($10 per extra person up to 19 people)

      This 1 hour 50 minutes of Sports Party package includes;

• 85 minutes of sports games looked after by a games coordinator
• 1 hour 50 minutes in your dedicated party area for food, cake and drink
• Up to 2 different sports
• All equipment for sport
• Sports parties with more than 20 people may require the use of 2 courts and 2 games coordinators.

3 – NERF WARS & SPORTS

$390 for up to 14 people – $15 per extra person up to 20 people

       This 1 hour 50 minutes Nerf Wars & Sport package includes;

• 2 x 25 minutes of sports games looked after by a games coordinator (Cricket cannot be combined with another sport)
• 40 minutes of Nerf Wars supervised by a games coordinator
• 1 hour 50 minutes of dedicated party area for food, cake and drink
• The best battlefield for Nerf Wars in the region
• Safety glasses, Nerf Blasters and darts
• All equipment for sport
• Various Nerf Wars games
• 6yrs and under require adult assistance
• Parties with more than 20 people may require the use of 2 courts and 2 games coordinators.  (Please contact us to discuss)

4 – NERF WARS AND NOTHING BUT NERF WARS (“It’s Nerf or Nothing”) PARTY

$490 for up to 14 people – $20 per extra person

      This 2-hour premium package includes;

• 3 x 30 minutes supervised sessions of Nerf games
• 1 hour 50 minutes of dedicated party area for food, cake and drink
• The best battlefield for Nerf Wars in the region
• People can bring their own Nerf Blasters (provided they are not modified)
• Safety glasses, Nerf Blasters and darts
• All equipment for sport
• Various Nerf games
• 6 yrs and under may require adult help

General Details

$100.00 deposit must be paid 48 hours after booking confirmation to secure your party booking and the balance must be paid before the party finishes.  All our parties are non-catered – BYO food, additional drinks, cake, lolly bags, cups, plates, etc.  Please make sure your table/area is completely cleared and ready for us to clean 10 minutes after the party.
